At The Greenhouse Day Spa, the health and well-being of you, our valued clients, our staff, and the community are our top priority. I write to you today to provide an update on what we have been doing behind the scenes and what lies ahead.

Our mission at The Greenhouse Day Spa is to support your complete health and wellness. As a member of the spa community, we have always adhered to and exceeded the strict sanitation guideline set forth by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. It has always been our practice to take preventative actions to limit potential exposure to any viruses or bacteria.

With a new normal in place, below are the specific steps we are taking to ensure your safety as we welcome you back to the spa:

• Our treatment rooms, equipment and instruments have always been disinfected and sterilized between clients. We use a hospital grade cleanser to sterilize all tools. Additionally, we are now disinfecting shared surfaces such as door handles, bathroom fixtures, product displays and our front desk area throughout the day.
• Our therapists will wear a face mask and gloves during treatments. For treatments requiring closer contact, such as facials and eyebrow treatments, our team will also wear face shields for additional protection for both parties.
• Sanitizing supplies, including alcohol-based hand sanitizers, will available to clients and staff upon entering and exiting the spa.
• For all our team members, we have frequent communications regarding the spa’s safety protocols and stringent sanitation policies to ensure compliance with any changes requested by governing authorities.
